Service Agreements
Specific services may require a separate written agreement or estimate. Any such agreement will outline scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and project timeline. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement will govern.
No Guaranteed Results
Soil improvement is influenced by many factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, existing soil composition, irrigation practices, and ongoing property maintenance.
While we apply industry best practices and agronomist-led recommendations, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as yield increases, organic matter percentage changes, or elimination of soil deficiencies within any particular timeframe.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service estimates or agreements. Unless otherwise stated:
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Suncoast Organics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suncoast Organics, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
