Agronomic Expertise and Commercial Equipment, Applied to Florida’s Soil
Led by Brian Weathers and Nick Castro.
Brian brings decades of hands-on field experience and heavy equipment operation. Nick is a licensed agronomist with formal training in soil science and nutrient management. Together, they built Suncoast Organics to solve a problem most contractors ignore – getting quality compost into the ground correctly, at scale.
Built for Florida Agriculture
Suncoast Organics is based in Palmetto, Florida, serving commercial farms and residential properties across Manatee, Sarasota, Lee, Charlotte, DeSoto, and Polk counties. Our equipment covers 30 acres per hour. Our agronomist sets the rates. We handle soil improvement from diagnosis to application.
Why Suncoast Organics Exists
Florida’s sandy soils need organic matter. Most growers know it. The problem is execution – sourcing quality compost, transporting it, and applying it at the right rates takes equipment and expertise most operations don’t have in-house. We built this company to close that gap. One team, one process, no handoffs.
Experienced Agronomist on Staff
Nick Castro holds formal credentials in soil science and nutrient management. Every recommendation ties directly to your soil data and crop conditions – not guesswork or generic guidelines.
Commercial-Scale Equipment
Our spreaders cover 30 acres per hour with calibrated rate control. Under canopy, row-by-row, or broadcast – matched to your crop type and field layout.
Execution Over Consulting
We don’t hand you a report and walk away. We source material, deliver it, and apply it. Soil improvement happens in the field, not on paper.
Work With Suncoast Organics
Tell us about your operation – what you’re growing, your acreage, and what’s limiting your soil. We’ll follow up with a clear recommendation and next steps. Commercial agriculture or residential lawn care, the process starts the same way: understanding what your soil actually needs.
